1. SHOPPING GUIDE

As your trainer, I help guide you through specific programs as well as monitor and encourage your journey. I am not a nutritionist, but having an accountability partner in food goes a long way. Just a couple of tips:

1. Start with your shopping. The lists I provide are a great place to start. I always tell myself that self-control starts in the store. Only bring home foods that serve you. If you need a snack or have a sweet tooth, buy a single serving 1 at a time. Not for your pantry. :) Cheers.
